1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ShareCom mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ShareCom is a platform that allows verified long-term investors to create subscription-based groups to share information about executed trades. Group owners can set joining fees or offer free access. Only group owners can post curated messages based on stock name and price. Members can view posts and rate groups but cannot post content.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use ShareCom.

4. Group Creation and Membership

• Group owners may set a joining fee or offer free access.
• Group members may view posts but cannot contribute content.
• Spotlight listing is available to group owners for a monthly fee.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Content and Posting

• Posts are auto-curated based on stock name and price.
• Group owners are responsible for the accuracy of shared trade data.
• These trades are shared for informational purposes only and do not constitute stock recommendations.

6. Ratings and Reviews

• Members may rate groups they join.
• Ratings must be honest and respectful.
• ShareCom reserves the right to moderate or remove inappropriate ratings.

7. Payments and Fees

• Payments for group access and spotlight listings are processed via third-party providers.
• ShareCom is not responsible for payment failures or disputes with payment gateways.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and branding within the App are the property of ShareCom or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

ShareCom is not liable for any financial losses, investment decisions, or damages resulting from the use of the App. Users are advised to conduct independent research before making investment decisions.

10. Termination

ShareCom reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
