ShareCom is a subscription-based platform where users pay to join investor-led groups. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
2. Subscription Fees
- All group joining fees are set by the group owner and are non-refundable once paid.
- Spotlight listing fees paid by group owners are also non-refundable.
- Users are encouraged to review group ratings and descriptions before making a payment.
3. Exceptions
- Refunds may be considered in cases of technical errors, duplicate payments, or unauthorized transactions.
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
- All refund requests are subject to review and approval by ShareCom’s support team.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at vishesh39.verma@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your registered email address
- Transaction ID or payment receipt
- Reason for the refund request
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes implies acceptance of the revised policy.
